Graduate in Mental Health or Professional Counseling discipline required
We are looking for Licensed Clinical Counselors (in Michigan or eligible for Michigan licensure) MA, MS, MSW, LFMT, PhD (Counselor Educator)
– Clinical Counselor with master’s degree
– Clinical Counselor with post-master’s 2+ year’s experience
– Psychologist
– Psychiatric or Medical Provider (MD/DO/MBBS/CNP/PA)
Internships / Post-Master’s / Post-doctoral internships earning hours towards licensure are available, but need to have advanced clinical skills
WHAT YOU NEED & WHAT WE OFFER
Must be licensed in the United States and have / be eligible for Michigan Licensure (MI Licensure; if psychologist, PsyPact preferred)
Must have personal ministry experience that provides a foundational understanding of the challenges encountered by our clients
Need a strong cross-cultural competencies and knowledge of mission culture is essential
Need a strong foundation of clinical competencies in program-specific modalities
Continuing education funds are available
On-site supervision is available
WHAT SETS US APART
Our primary ministry consists of intensive counseling programs for individuals and families serving in full-time vocational ministry. The number of participants and counseling staff vary based on the nature of the program. We are a multidisciplinary team that share a systemic perspective on care. Child and adolescent programs parallel adult programs in terms of content and process, but are presented at kids’ developmental level to enable ministry families to have transformational experiences.
